Staff Helped, But the Noise...

Liked: Clean hostel.
Disliked: I stayed in a private room here, but the noise from the nearby pub was overwhelming, especially at 3am. I had to request a room change, and while they did find a quieter one on the opposite side, it was frustrating that this wasn’t offered to me right away, especially since they must know how noisy that side of the building gets at night. The staff were fine, but they could have been more proactive in offering a quiet room from the start. If you're looking for rest, I’d suggest double-checking your room location.
