Stunning views!

Liked: The cottage was immaculate. The views were stunning! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is located in a great location. The restaurant was exceptional especially for those looking to eat gluten free. The menu has so many options like fish & chips, bang bang shrimp, calamari, fried chicken and tiramisu, all delicious and typically hard to find anywhere gf. They have a dedicated fryer.
Disliked: The shower was lukewarm and difficult to control. The handheld shower in the tub was broken.

Perfect quiet place for rejuvenation...

Liked: Excellent location on the water with beautiful paths to walk. Each room is fresh and clean and has its own little private balcony facing the sunrise. Mattresses and assortment of pillows make a very comfortable sleep. The small lap pool and hot tub are in a bright space was impeccably clean. Mayne Island itself is so quiet and peaceful. A perfect place for rejuvenation. I also appreciated having the restaurant on the property which served lunch and dinner. The food was high-quality, healthy pub style. Lots of windows bring in natural light. They have many planters with beautiful greenery inside the restaurant which provide privacy at the tables as well as a fresh atmosphere. This hotel is so sweet, providing an old world charm in it’s design as well as very friendly and attentive owners and staff. I have booked to return with friends in the fall for a stay in one of the cottages. Thank you again for everything!
Disliked: Keep in mind if you have a room above the restaurant, that things don’t quiet down till sometime after 9 PM. I also experienced a room that was not above the restaurant, and it was perfectly quiet.
