Everything was fine except for...

Liked: The room was fine, the location convenient, and the price right.
Disliked: The people in the room next door had an argument late into the night ( until after 11 PM ) and then again in the morning (starting at 5AM) making it hard to sleep.

Disappointed

Liked: Nothing, It was very dirty and very uncomfortable beds. The rooms had fleas. We tried booking another hotel but they were all sold out due to the busy graduation weekend. We had no choice but to sleep there.

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was filthy. The fixtures in the room were old and damaged. The floor was greasy and filthy. Prostitution at the property with drug use. The bathtub was clogged and we could not bathe.
