Comfortable stay in a well connected location

Liked: Very close to Earl's Court station, hotel was well maintained and staff particularly well mannered.
Disliked: Taking the stairs can be a problem for some.

Shocking, waste of money with dishonest staff

Disliked: Literally everything else.There was no hot waterThere was mould in the bathroom Our room door got stuck shutThere was a draft from the rotting wood on the window Staff were unatentive and dishonestFacilities where not up to standard.

Disliked: The shower was cold and the plug socket was not working with the light switch no lift had room on the forth floor after I finished work climbing up the stairs was tired
