Very poor stay with bad...

Liked: Location was closer to the city centre.
Disliked: Rooms did not look like pictures. Elevator was broken and no bell boy available, so my friend and I had to take our own luggage up floor flights of stairs without help from staff. There was no hot water during our winter stay, due to maintenance issues and this was in the cold winter months. Showered was also not detachable. Heating in the room was bad and as such we had to ask for a portable radiator to be placed in our room. Window in the room had no curtains. Overall a very poor stay.

Liked: Not a lot to be honest .
Disliked: The bedsheets had holes in the bed was very uncomfortable. The shower wasn’t working properly and the temperature of the shower was only warm.

I’d stay there again if...

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant, although the station was little noisy, but I took my chances with that when i saw where it was. It was clean and warm.
Disliked: The boiler packed up so there was no hot water for my entire stay. In fact I believe I should be compensated for that. No hot shower for four days! I think the management should have stayed on top of those things given it’s an older building. No lift (the place currently being refurbished including the lift, but it was noisy during the day, but mostly I was out so it didn’t bother me) - it was very tricky getting my suitcase up a narrow, steep staircase with a turn on the stair as well. Tore a muscle doing that on the way down when I left. The bed was hard and lumpy.

Disliked: the beds are all not fit for sleeping with sizzle sound every time when you move. The light bulb was burn off but the hotel did not bother to change it.
