Liked: "I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly loved the location, which made it easy to explore the city. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Hidden gem

Liked: I booked the mayflower as it an original San Fran hotel ,full of character,loved the lift with the metal grill just like the movies ,beds were comfortable,room was a great size with plenty of cupboards to put everything away ,shower was the best we've had after three weeks of different hotels,some of which were supposedly 4 star ,free continental breakie was great ,staff were all lovely ,Ringo on reception especially helpful when we checked in with suggestions on where to eat ,and what to avoid ,they also stored our luggage for us as we had a late flight .
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: It was the best sleep experience that I have had in my lifetime in San Francisco. Peaceful room and comfortable bed. Thank you.

Liked: The stuff was really friendly and the location was great.
Disliked: The whole building smells weird. The smell is like when you go inside a thrift store with old furnitures.

Great value would stay again

Liked: Staff were great we had a problem with hot water in our bathroom and staff handled it well and gave us a late check out which was much appreciated. Handy location, big rooms with heaps of storage. The breakfast a bonus, basic but all you need.
Disliked: Tea and coffee in rooms would be great, but I did get some given some teabags and could make a cup of tea in the microwave
