Pleasant

Liked: Quiet and close to the sea front
Disliked: Way to warm really stuffy for a very small room.. no breakfast on offer.

Disliked: Bar was not open.

great for what i needed...

Liked: hotel was clean and host was welcoming and told me straight away about window etc and i assured him it wasnt a problem for me as im down here on the lash n wont be in room for long each day / night i will 100% be staying here again and breakfast menu looks great but again i wasnt up for breakfast as ate at westherdpoons with the dtag lads
Disliked: wasnt a problem as i was down for a stag weekend so i was out all day n most night so didnt affect my stay just wasnt no running cold water in room and window broken but as i say wasnt a problem for myself as literally wasnt in room but i think would need sorting for a couple or family etc

Rubbish no one

Liked: The location was the only good bit
Disliked: Saw host at check in and that was it for the whole stay even tho we had asked for breakfast prior to arriving and host confirmed when we checked in and we woke up to nothing and no one around tried to contact the host by message and the ring doorbell as we was told and nothing still 48 hours later the bar was open but no staff to serve so was pointless and the room was something else shower leaked and was cold the jacuzzi bath didn't work the heating wasn't on had to use a heater which isn't the safest option lifted rug at end of bed to find someone's tweezers and nail clippings there was stains all over the furniture there was a hook on the light cord which stabbed me in finger when I went to put light on as u don't expect a hook that screws into wall to be on end of it no plug for sink so couldn't even use the sink and the worst part was the massive window in roof of room with no blind or curtain so as soon as sun came up we was up the outdoor furniture was falling apart and mostly unsafe it was one of the worst stays we have had in Blackpool we won't be returning

Liked: Was in a good location close to all amenities, rooms clean spacious and plenty light
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Absolutely nothing..
Disliked: how ignorant they are i would recommend you don't waste your time here. Wouldn't answer ring door bell or phone and still haven't replied to emails or text 48hrs later

Mayfair staff

Disliked: Well there was no breakfast available and was willing to pay there was no stuff the bar was left open but was not sure to help myself as no one was about and was told the bath worked and pushed the button and left so many messages no one got back to us There was gentleman was on stage due wanted to check in and I rand and message bless the button no one was available what's so ever run out of loo roll had to buy our own staffing was terrible and the fact we had to go out early morning to get our breakfast twice

Shit

Liked: Not really anything
Disliked: Smashed window, broken light, was told the window would be fixed the next day and never was, no one was ever at the bar to serve drinks

Great value for money in...

Liked: This hotel is great value for money. The host was helpful and little touches like cans of fizzy and bottled water in our room was nice. My daughter loved watching dvds that were in the room on the dvd player! Room was clean and we had tea, coffee and toiletries for us in the room.
Disliked: We wanted breakfast on the Saturday but it didn’t seem like it was open. But this wasn’t a massive deal.
