Disliked: I was told upon arrival I had pre payed, having put card details in online. When we checked out we left luggage in storage to enjoy the city for a few more hours. Only once we collected our luggage and a taxi was waiting outside did the staff proceed to tell me I hadn’t payed for the stay and demanded payment. The staff had 48hrs to raise this, including check out but waited until we were in a rush to leave, a taxi waiting outside which then charged a ‘waiting fee’ whilst I had to check my booking/card statement to make sure I wasn’t being charged twice. Very poor customer experience on this note with the staff pointing a card machine in my face whilst I tried to check the payment on my phone. Ruined the entire stay. For a ‘5 star’ hotel you expect a lot better.

Disliked: The gym was a little small but had most things you need for a short workout.
