Liked: Receptionist is really kind.She is from Japan and I’m from Japan as well.
Disliked: I booked one day at a time, so the rooms changed.When I move in new room,bath robe and water are not in room.

Amazing, comfortable and clean.

Liked: room was amazing (would love to have a room with a lounge to sit up and have a night cap), bed was comfortable, hotel was lovely, roof top bar is aways great, staff were great and very friendly.
Disliked: We didnt know about the parking through the hotel and it cost us for one night $65.00. if we had known it could be done through the hotel for $25.00 we would have taken that option.

Liked: Property was in a good area, clean and nice rooms
Disliked: Was asked for a $300 security deposit that wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking, and the refund process is 5-7 business days. Seemed an excessive amount to be charged on top of the price of the room instead of doing what most hotels do and holding the charge not processing the amount

Really nice hotel in a...

Liked: The Hotel is in a great location. Very close to the “cultural area” and also the shopping area. Our room ( King Suite) was really nice , a good size and had a lovely big bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Lots of hot water for showers etc. If you have a car , parking is available every close by ( a minute away by car) and reasonably priced.
