Clean and comfortable in a...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: I'm personally not a fan of overhead showers because sometimes I don't want my face and hair wet. That said, they provide a hair net which is a nice touch

Superb

Liked: It is my second stay there. Perfect location, no noise, clean, nice breakfast and very helpful staff.
Disliked: The room we stayed was very small and I dont like the toilet/shower separated by see through glass window. Even there is a curtain, it is not soundproof 🙂

Simply amazing! Would recommend for...

Liked: Everything was great 👍 the receptionist and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. Jan was the best 👍 and the coffee available 24/7 👌. You can leave your baggage at the reception after checkout incase you have a travel after 12 pm . Metro station is close to the hotel and there’s a bus stop right outside the entrance. Very close to all the places to visit while in Madrid.
Disliked: Nothing
