Cool neiborhood, quirky design, great...

Liked: It was our first time in Vienna, and we’re glad we chose to stay at Max Brown in the 7th District. The location was perfect, surrounded by wonderful shops and restaurants, and just a short walk from the city’s main attractions. We loved the quirky décor and all the thoughtful details in the room, from the basketball hoop to the playful art and vintage record player. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our favorite part, though, was the hotel’s restaurant, we enjoyed it so much that we had dinner there twice!
Disliked: Smart TV functionality was disabled on the TV. No coffee machine in the room.

Nice hotel close to city...

Liked: Location, possibility to park, good breakfast options. Walkable distance to main attractions.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, good breakfast, central but quiet location. A very stylish hotel.We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Bathroom windows do not have frosted glass, but rather a curtain. This is annoying as it is either dark or the neighbors can see directly into the bathroom. Bedroom curtains do not block that much light, bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light. The parking is a duplex which isn't clear during booking.

Disliked: the restaurant and bar both being closed for 2 of our three day stay! Wouldnt have booked had we realised this.The lack of celaning of room ( no fresh towels even) apparently supposed to be alternate days, we had to chase on the third day and the room was not cleaned brilliantly even then and no linen change.

No hot water.

Liked: Clean
Disliked: There was no hot water in the room. We came back from a walk at 22h30 and needed to wash with cold water. At that time of the night we were not in the mood of changing rooms.

Great hotel close to the...

Liked: Loved the room and the proximity to the city centre. Staff were super friendly and the restaurant was amazing, although it’s not open on Sunday and Monday. The breakfast was also amazing
Disliked: Not a negative at all but wish the hotel bar was open on a Sunday and Monday!
