Mauritius Komfort Hotel in der Altstadt

Never again!

Liked: the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Its a run down hotel. Looks nothing like advertised. The rooms are small. WHoever rated it high for the value for money has probably never stayed in value fr money good hotels. the windows were not soound proof. you could hear other guests going to their rooms, walking outside , talking outside. you could hear them from their rooms. the traffic outside could be heard all night long. the bathroom door didnt lock.

Weekend in Cologne

Liked: The breakfast was excellent but we were told it would be 13€ each but st checkout it was 16€. Otherwise good!
Disliked: Breakfast rushed on final day, finished at 0940.

Liked: friendly reception staff and good selection for the breakfast buffet
Disliked: room and bathroom were very dull. We needed maintenance as a room light wasn't working which made our first night difficult to see things. However, this was fixed very quickly when we notified reception the next day.
