Liked: Good size room and comfortable bed

Liked: The room was a great size and it was clean. The rooftop deck was also nice.
Disliked: The offsite parking was terrible and not mentioned in advance. We were not informed that the pool area was fully naked and co-Ed. We did not take our teenage girls into the pool as they were uncomfortable. The lady that checked us in at night was super rude and unhelpful. We felt like we were bothering her which was a disappointing start to our stay. The rest of the staff was great and very friendly and helpful.

Great location and good comfort.

Liked: Within walking distance from city center, Rhine and good neighborhood for dining out. Nice view from roof top bar.
Disliked: There should have been time periods for entering baths/pools nude so the family audience with teenagers can enter without to much embarrashment. Also people sunbathing nude at roof top, maybe there could have been screens to separate area for that?

Liked: The location and staff…apart from that I’d not recommend. We arrived and on check in we were asked if we wanted to pay for the pool, on asking about times it opens for myself, wife and son the receptionist said it’s pretty much a naked pool and sauna. I laughed because I thought she was joking, but my wife asked again and the receptionist states it’s true. I asked if that’s for kids also? And she said yes…thankfully in the UK we are more reserved and have some respect to not show our bits and children’s naked. It’s quite disturbing, I asked why this was and her response was “this is Germany” she asked if we wanted to see it I kindly declined, I don’t wish to see people’s bits all over the place in a pool swimming. My son who’s 13 felt quite uncomfortable….weird thing to have in a family hotel. Breakfast was bland basic and coffee was stale…the staff however were exceptional, so attentive and polite. The room was big also, but the pillows were stuffed with small duvets inside the pillow cases, the smell of stale water once you enter also is very unpleasant. I’d give this place a 4 mainly due to location as it’s a 5 min walk to the city centre which has all the shops. The local crackheads are everywhere, loitering around in front of the hotel they don’t bother nobody but they are not a good sight to see especially with kids.
