Great stay at an excellent...

Liked: Everything was great! We enjoyed the property as it was close to downtown Eureka Springs and we had no complaints - A/C worked great, bathroom/room were clean, and the owner and his fiancée were very nice and great to chat with. His personal number is listed so if you have any issues you can contact him directly, which is unheard of in the hotel/motel industry.

Stay was nice for the...

Liked: The motel is nice--but could use some exterior work. The pool area is small--not what we expected. The room was nice and clean--for the money, we couldn't complain. However, it's a shame they don't fix up the exterior --mainly the bell tower--because it could be really nice. I was glad I brought shampoo and conditioner because the room only had soap.
Disliked: Exterior of the building could use some work.

Liked: Chris the owner is amazing! Personable and great conversation. Rooms are charming and everything you need for a weekend getaway. We brought our dog and he loves it as well!

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean smelling sheets, clean room, and the carpets looked clean and not sketchy like most motels
Disliked: There was a weird smell in the room but it wasn’t gross just mildew smelling
