Spacious, comfortable apartment in a...

Liked: Loved the quiet location that is close to everything. This is our second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful apartment with friendly staff. Super comfortable bed and just a little oasis that makes you feel so at home in the City.
Disliked: We really have to nitpick to find things that aren't perfect because this is as close to perfection as you can get, I think. However, I really wish there was better lighting in the bathroom, oven mitts for pulling hot things out of the stove, etc. A nice big pitcher for water would be great, too. There isn't a place for it, but another place we stayed always had fresh fruit, water and coffee available in the lobby. That was a nice touch, but Mathias doesn't really have the space for it.

Liked: It’s very spacious and the service is very good. I had a problem with the noise the aircon made and they moved me to another unit. I feel safe as a single female traveler in the property and in the neighbourhood.
Disliked: I think the sofa set needs a deep cleaning. The master shower is also leaking into the bathroom. Some attention need to be made to the details.

Lovely accommodation in local neighbourhood...

Liked: We loved the apartment. It was well fitted out and immaculate. The beds were very comfy.
Disliked: We found the language barrier very difficult. Whist we have no expectation of anyone to have to speak English it is very difficult communicating with front desk staff that have no understanding. 3 times we discussed getting a car to the airport and gave them the address. Only to find we owed the driver and extra 1050 pesos (on top of 350) to take us to the right airport. We got there as it was go to gate. The only other issue is the lack of sound proofing we constantly heard the people upstairs. Who usually got in about 3.30 am. It would really help if the legs of chairs had pads put under them as the scraping as they were pulled out and in was very noisy. However the apartment is lovely, the area great with easy access to other areas, the staff very friendly and close to major attractions. We would stay again but would definitely bring chair pads

Liked: The place was exceedingly spacious with wrap around porch. The toiletries were very nice and they provide plenty so you do not run out. Cleaning staff was great and paid attention to small details and returned some money we had dropped under the bed without realizing. Right next to a Walmart and cute cafe for convenience.
