Very Nice rentals

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect. The office lady was the sweetest thing. Great pool.
Disliked: I thought I'd booked the studio apartment,but didn't get the one I chose from the picture. The one I stayed in doesn't seem to be in the photos. Although room 151 was a nice room it wasn't the one I thought I was getting for the money we spent. Other than that we loved our stay.Ive given the web site and many reviews to my friends.I suggested they stay at the property .

Liked: They have the best customer service. Everyone was friendly. They do a awesome job keeping it clean.

Lovely hotel great staff .

Liked: Spotlessly clean, obviously newly renovated due to the hurricane but hats off to them for being up and running , beach a few hundred yards away , beds and pillows super comfy .
Disliked: As one side is on the road it was a bit noisy at times , but wouldn’t put me off going again .

This is was the worst...

Liked: I go to Fort Myers every 6 weeks and this was the worst place I have stayed. I did enjoy the pool area on a hot day.
Disliked: The management was awful. I was having a neck surgery and went downstairs because the th was not working and I knew I’d be in bed all day. They said the cable people wouldn’t be able to come until the following day. I told them, I don’t need TV then because I will be sleeping. They then knocked on my door after my surgery the next day and o didn’t answer it as I was still recovering from anesthesia. They came in anyways, saw me in bed, and said: “how are you feeling? We are fixing the tv.” I was so out of it, I went back to sleep, woke up and they were gone. The following night a couple next to me was drunk and fighting and the police were called. That continued until 12 P.M. because the police couldn’t make them be quiet. They moved me into a quieter room, but both air conditioners in the unit leaked water all over the floor and the dripping noise on the hardwood was all night. All the flooring was rotted from the water leaks. There was also a huge cockroach in the sink upon leaking. I tried calling several times and management refused to return my call.The location is also under a freeway bridge with so much hurricane damage that it’s not at all worth what they are charging.

Liked: Absolutely perfect location!5 min walk from the beach and the suite was super comfortable and stocked with everything we needed.The staff was welcoming and very accommodating!We will definitely be returning ~Farah and Shaun Lally
