Handy for overnight stay

Liked: Pleasant helpful receptionist. Older motel revamped, bright, clean, comfortable bed, good to see top sheet as well as doona. Plenty of crockery. Good to have 2 luggage racks and mirror outside bathroom. Handy points bedside for charging. Thoughtfully supplied ear plugs, although h’ way noise did not worry us, must have been tired
Disliked: Only one chair. As there was plenty of cricket, there is the presumption that, guests will eat in room, but nowhere to sit. One side of main bed was in a blind spot from the air con.and very cold. No where to hang towels, towel rail was broken, obviously for some time, the metal was broken, a dangerous spike. Reported before leaving, not sure if receptionist realised the importance of fixing it. Service staff need to pay a little more attention.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t willing to listen on the prior day since the booking was via booking.com and not directly. So all they had to offer was for me to deal with booking.com
