Pleasant and spacious.

Liked: It was a great location, though a little confusing having a checking at the main hotel, but rooms located across the street - easy enough once you were there though.
Disliked: Not very sound-proof, considering Verona is the romance location for Italy, there was a lot of intimate sounds coming from the room next door that I could have gone without hearing.Also shower drains are not cleaned so the shower water wouldn’t drain for a long time, so you were standing in shower water, that was ok, until things came back up from the drain into the shower

Disliked: In room it can be noisy, also we were charged for 4 bottles of water instead of 1 when leaving

Liked: The location was excellent, bed confortable, spacious room and bathroom, complete breakfast, starting early.The staf was very friendly and helpful.They ordered a taxi, which arrived in 2 minutes. Great service
