I appreciated the privacy and...

Liked: The staff were very fast to answer any questions and very polite.
Disliked: The rug was kinda dirty and stained. It would be nice if they cleaned the rug or replaced them.

Pleasant

Liked: a good basic room for fair price and which met our needs in terms of location.Nice microwave & fridge (though freezer looks like it hasn't been cleaned out or defrosted for quite a while.)
Disliked: Nowhere to hang clothes. Chair at desk was noticeably dirty & stained, to the point that we would not sit in it!! Caulking in bathroom is moldy & badly applied. There was no coffee machine in room.
