Liked: I always love the area
Disliked: The concierge was very rude and portrayed as if I wasn't going to pay for my stay in the room I reserved was sold and I end up having to get a double room with twin beds not accommodating because it went from a room with the microwave and stuff to a basic room he didn't take any percentage of what acknowledge anything and was very very rude and nasty

Beautiful room but security needed...

Liked: The area is real close to family and friends.
Disliked: Ppl hanging out outside of your room and they have roaches.

The room smelled like smoke...

Liked: the Location was great
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke and wet dog. The towels were dirty upon check in. The staff was not courteous. There were people arguing so loud it disturbed my sleep. The entrance was hard to find.

Liked: Price range.
Disliked: Saw roaches in my room and overall environment of motel had a dirty appearance.Ice machine was defective .And something as simple as the light in the bathroom in the room was broken and not repaired.Projected to rent out to new customer with no repair.

It was just awful for...

Disliked: I didnt like that the property itself is non smoking. You have to walk o think it was 100 feet away from building. I didnt like that the laundry closed at 9:00. Thats inconvienent when guest have late check ins. It was the reason i choice there versus somewhere else and i didnt even get to wash clothes. I didnt like the roach infestation. Like there were so many roaches i had to passout in order to any sleep. I was so afraid one would crawl on me in my sleep. They were everywhere, nightstand, the desk, the air conditioner, the walls and the final straw for me was sewing 2 on the bottom of the other bed.

Less value for my money

Disliked: The bed sheets were dirty, the room stink
