Disliked: After driving 15 hours, I get there only to be told that the hot water is out and won’t be back on until at least Monday. It was Friday. A courtesy call to let us know would have been nice so that I’m not sitting in the parking lot, exhausted and trying to find somewhere else to stay.

Liked: Excellent price, comfortable room with bathtub.
Disliked: Despite the host’s efforts to enforce a no-smoking policy with designated areas, some guests ignored the rules and smoked under our balcony, leaving our room with a constant smell of cigarettes and weed.The location isn’t ideal for walking, and although the listing previously showed a pool (now removed), it has been filled in and replaced with a lawn.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. WiFi was good, and in-room refrigerator was cold, so overall no complaints there. The location was convenient for access to highways, restaurants and shops, and secluded enough that it was very quiet with no problematic traffic/people noise during my stay.
Disliked: Nothing of significant note, I enjoyed the stay overall.
