Disgusting, Unsanitary and Gag-Worthy!!!

Liked: I did not like anything, nothing was as advertised.
Disliked: The first room I was given smelled of cigarettes and weed. The second room I was given smelled like mold (best way to describe it is when you first turn on the ac and there's a strange damp smell). I was allowed to view 2 additional rooms but one had sheets on the bed and the other had the same stale odor, so we remained in the second room. The smoke alarm kept chirping, the maintenance man pulled it down from the ceiling to change the battery, but it never stopped chirping. The phone was dirty and sticky, the bathroom sink was dirty, the bathroom door was broken at the bottom, there were stains on the walls and bedding. I tried to cancel my booking with Booking.com and the automated system said my reservation could not be canceled. We spent the night with family instead. I returned to the room the next morning to pack up our things and retrieve the security deposit.
