Nice facility with gorgeous balcony...

Liked: Pretty on the outside. Had a lovely view of Morro Rock. Breakfast standard for continental style. Room was very quiet.
Disliked: The heater and fireplace weren’t working when we arrived. We had a faulty key. The threshold between hall and bathroom was dangerously lifted so we placed a trash can on it for safety. Saw multiple long hairs in bathroom upon arrival.

Liked: Like the room color setting , black and white . Overall is clean .
Disliked: I would say have a sofa and coffee table instead of a table and 2 chairs . The 2 chairs not comfortable .

Liked: Very nice hotel, clean new room, big space, the building looks nice, good breakfast
Disliked: No elevator to the second floor and the the check ins are before 9pm

Great stay. Great amenities

Liked: I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. A bathtub and the indoor spa was the best. I will always stay here now when I go to morro bay.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for me. I just always ask for extra pillows to get comfy.
