No frills but friendly

Liked: Budget stay for family on a budget. Dog friendly. We were comfortable without frills or breakfast
Disliked: The sofa bed didn't have clean linens. Sofas never open up to make good beds but if you need one bring your own air mattress.

I'll be back!

Liked: The location was not bad as it was close to where I needed to be, but the facility was not clean. Appliances did not work. I had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies to clean, especially the bathroom. There was a terrible odor. I just stuck it out for the one night, but I still not stay again. For the price that was paid, I should have gotten a full refund.
Disliked: Non working appliances, not clean, bad odor. I requested a bottom floor due to my health, but it was all the way in the back on the 3rd floor. Not very updated for the price.

Run Down HOLE

Liked: There was blood EVERY where: on the walls, in the shower, on the toilet paper, on the shampoo bottle, on the sheets, on the bedspread, in the closet. I don't know if the previous occupant was stabbed to death in there or WHAT. Needless to say I complained to the manager, and told him the bedspread needed to be trashed. He said he would have the maid clean tomorrow! 🤯 I said I need to be switched to another room! He said he did not have another one to put me in. So I said then I need this room cleaned NOW. He wiped the place down with fabuloso and left Lysol for me to spray the room down. But the stench of cigarettes and whatever massacre had occurred in there previous ly would not go away. I sprayed fabreze, and put in Glade plug ins. It was STILL stiflingly funky in there.
Disliked: In this NON smoking suite, there were burn marks on the table in the living room. When I showed the manager this, he said they cannot control what people do once they rent the room. REALLY???!!! Here's a thought: put them out! IF they managed to survive the blood massacre that is. There were cigar, cigarette butts all over the side walk, a plunger from where someone used Monistat 7 just sitting in the bush outside my door, like it was nothing. The grass had not been cut. There were smokehounds roaming about. I guess this is their residence, where they actually LIVE. This clearly is a dump where whores turn tricks. I saw one pacing in the driveway as I came in from work. My photos are of the ratty carpet, non working light in the living room, peeling paint off the walls inside the room AND outside on the walls, bugs crawling around, and the remaining blood even AFTER the manager did his fabuloso once-over.
