Disliked: The hotel got my luggage but didn’t inform me. I spent my whole trip without it, thinking the airline lost it. Only after checkout did they say, “Oh, your luggage!” despite me asking for two days. Not sure if it was negligence or worse, but it ruined my experience.They are not trusted

Liked: Location was very central and near Instituto Tecnico, my main need. I could get my room well before check-in time, as a courtesy. Room was pretty large, even for two; design and quality were fine. Refrigerator is a plus.
Disliked: Breakfast is mediocre, especially for the price. Salty choice is very limited; drink choice is also small but well suited for me. If you don't need a big (buffet-style) breakfast, you can be better off by buying your own juice in grocery stores and going to a pasteleria in the morning for fresh sandwich or croissant.

Disliked: There is no sauna. It is a built in thing in the toilets of the gym. Ugly and clearly not used a lot.

Exceptional
