Superb

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was great, and the free bottle of champagne in the room every day was very welcome! There's also a lovely tortoise in the front courtyard that is very friendly. The pool area is great, very peaceful and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The parrot in the foyer seemed a bit sad - clearly taken care of but pulling out it's feathers is not a good sign. Maybe it needs a bigger area.

Liked: Friendly & discreet staff; inviting environs - historic building, airy lounge, warm pool, etc; generous room & ensuite
Disliked: These are only minor quibbles, but: Mattress extremely firm; Would have appreciated a muesli option at breakfast

Beautiful estate in the countryside

Liked: Beautiful property in the countryside. We enjoyed how quiet the area was during the day, the large rooms and the view of the fields from our window. Also enjoyed the fresh squeeze orange juice at breakfast. Easy to get to by car with covered parking on site.
Disliked: Lovely breakfast included but the cafeteria was too hot in the morning (we visited end of May). Air conditioning for the breakfast room would've made our experience more comfortable.Our sleep was also disrupted by loud karaoke from neighbours lasting until 3am.

Great place to stay, short...

Liked: Beautiful villa, well kept, with helpful staff.
Disliked: It would be great if they did evening food but otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like.

Top Hotel/guesthouse

Liked: Everything was fantastic, arrived very early and expected to be told-must wait room not ready-but it was okay-room lovely and clean, beautiful furniture, bowl of fruit, sweets and bottle of Cava in ice on the house, bathroom top-clean jacuzzi bath, fluffy towels, view from window was the well kept lawn/pool area-fantastic.A little walk away 10-15 mins you come into a local shopping area- 3 shops, bars, restaurants-all you would need, very relaxing stay-would not hesitate booking there again
