Disliked: The mattress was way too soft

Liked: Sometimes there is great comfort in no surprises and that was the case here. All was as advertised and it helped make the trip special.
Disliked: The minor knock was that someone turned off the air conditioner during the day so it took some time to cool things down again on our return on a very hot day.

Excellent location, reasonable facilities and...

Liked: Excellent location near two metro stations that serve the main tourist attractions (less than 30 min commute). Convenience store, sandwich shop, multiple bars and restaurants right at the hotel's doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Adequate but very small room, tiny but serviceable bathroom. Elevator exists (5 floors with narrow staircase).
Disliked: Room was very small, but adequate if used only for crashing after roaming the city.

Will stay there again.

Liked: Thank you to the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful. I will stay there again for them and the area.In short: amazing staff!The air conditioning worked very well and the room was very clean.
Disliked: Our room was too small for two people. Impossible to fit big suitcases if you travel internationally.It was very CLEAN but the smell showed that a deep cleaning was needed. Curtains probably.

Disliked: Bathroom was a little outdated, shower door broken.
