Just 3 minutes' walk from the 85-acre Alvaston Park Maryland in Derby provides comfortable bed and breakfast accommodations. Around 30 minutes' drive from the Peak District National Park Maryland offers free parking and Wi-Fi. Each room has either en suite or private bathroom facilities with shower or bath or use of shared bathroom with complementary toiletries. Brilliant. The Maryland exceeded expectations...

Liked: The staff and the breakfast were brilliant. And all for a fantastic price.
Disliked: There was an intermittent noise (like an alarm) that went on for some time during the night.

Lovely lady called Sharon been...

Liked: They got extra kitchen if we bring something to cook. Very handy. they have fridge and freezer plus more, Not in our room. But very handy to have kitchen.
Disliked: Same as above and nothing there we didn't like.

Superb

Liked: Had a wonderful garden view from the window. Nice, comfortable bed and clean room. Good security measures in place throughout the property. Attentive and approachable hosts. Lovely breakfast in relaxed atmosphere. Great value for money.
