Liked: Fantastic property, love the courtyard and Koi pond.
Disliked: Beds are a bit small for 2 people.

Disliked: It desperately needs some tender loving care. Reception desk was wood, my fingers stuck to the grime and dirt it needs stripping back and re varnishing to clear the grime from it, carpet could also do with a clean. Bathroom mould showing on silicone around bath, just needs someone who is interested in presenting it in the best possible way. Same with car park needs s tidy upIt is certainly not a 4 star. Would be a push to be s 3 starWe could nog get tv to work they then told us the system was down. I think we should have been notified of that when booking in

An extremely relaxing stay.

Liked: There was an issue with our room key card being disabled. It was quickly reset, but there was no explanation of why it had occurred.The breakfast was adequate but we had to remind staff to bring toast over to our table. Upon checking out we had to go to look for staff as no-one was available and when someone did come to check us out, they looked as though they were multitasking.
Disliked: The toilet brush was very rusty but that didn't even detract from our experience of experiencing g a high level of cleanliness for the duration of our stay.It would be nice if they installed soft close toilet seats.Everything else was absolutely superb.
