Liked: Nothing cause we can't stay there because they don't do booking.com bookings anymore
Disliked: Not having a place for my son and myself for the weekend

Liked: comfortable bed.
Disliked: dirty fan, faulty light in bathroom. No plates, utensils or glasses in room. Average finishes, eg curtains made out of sheets (cut & no neat finishes). wifi did not seem to work.

Liked: it is a good budget motel.
Disliked: Need good cleaning inside the room.

Should have been suspicious when...

Liked: Just off the highway so perfect if wanting a quiet stop for a night.
Disliked: Dead cockroaches, dirty cupboards, hot water taking 15 minutes then running out for the second person, uncomfortable bed, fridge humming all night 30 cm from my head.

Not staying there again.

Disliked: Don’t need the strange person with his strange rules.

Liked: I did not like the property.
Disliked: The bedding cover was not clean, there was no seal on toilet to indicate it has been cleaned, no extra pillows or blankets, no wifi password displayed, very little milk. Window was broken and missing.
