Liked: Breakfast was very good

Liked: Overall staff and hotel were above expectations. It's a shame that it takes several days to book spa time. Overall my best stay during 14day trip in Ireland.
Disliked: Please book spa ahead of arrival.....

Liked: Hotel and grounds were lovely. Staff exceptional and attentive to details.

Efficient and friendly staff

Liked: Easter Break with kids and hubby. Wedding party in reception area at reception table couldn't hear a word of details on booking in , had to return to get same later. Very friendly staff and went over and above giving kids Easter eggs and cookies with their names on then.
Disliked: Price of 2 night stay, wedding party at reception area when checking in, swimming pool people not wearing swim hats and changing rooms are tiny when you have children.

Liked: This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are excellent and the hotel is beautiful. There was so much care taken with little details like excellent toiletries and even a bottle of Prosecco on arrival! We were so comfortable and they accommodated our every need.
