Disliked: beds were incredibly old and uncomfortable, bathroom had hair in it when we arrived and the bathtub sink was clogged when we tried to take showers.

Relaxing overnight stay that felt longer as we were so well looked after.

Liked: Exceptional staff. One of the front of house/cleaning staff noticed I was overladen with bags and offered to help take them to our room. There was a welcome half bottle of Prosecco in our room welcoming us. The bar staff were accommodating to our late arrival and ensured we could get some dinner just before the kitchen closed. The bar manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and did not feel rushed. The reception found me somewhere to sit and work with a plug socket. Absolutely outstanding customer service at all levels.
