Very good

The stay was quiet and...

Liked: The breakfast was very good with all that was offered. Everything was refilled quickly and tasted great. Loved the evening snack offered.
Disliked: Possibly a pool and workout room.

Absolutely amazing!

Liked: Loved the breakfast, David was amazing at checking us in or making sure we had everything we needed as well as the kitchen staff and everyone was really friendly. We loved it and would definitely stay again!!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

A comfortable Stay

Liked: The room and hotel was very clean and well maintained.The amenities were as advertised. The breakfast and evening “kick-back” selections were nice. There were fresh apples and coffee available 24/7. The garden tub in our king, street-side room was great. We had plenty of thick towels in a spacious bathroom. The heating was thermostatically controlled on the wall, making it quieter than most hotels. The king bed was very comfortable. We used the microwave and mini-fridge in the room during our stay. Overall check-in and check-out, and service were efficient, with all the staff friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to friends visiting Frankenmuth.
Disliked: The hotel was very good as a whole, but definitely catered to an older crowd. When we were at the Marv Herzog Hotel only about 20% of the rooms were occupied. We are also part of the older crowd but missed seeing families and younger people. Probably additional types of music (along with polka) could draw younger couples. Also, our king room (#308 )was spacious but felt stark and sparsely furnished. It had only one comfortable chair and a very large open area. There is space to add in an additional chair ( and maybe a table) for a 2nd. guest.
