Liked: Clean, cool design and new hotel. Our room was quiet
Disliked: Was expecting a good coffee machine like Nespresso or similar but they have instant coffee, surprising for a 4 star hotel I thought. Room a bit small and shower was too small for the shower head that was in it. The room was a bit warm and stuffy so we had to use the aircon while it wasn’t a hot day.

Liked: The decor was really funny and it was spotlessly clean. The bartender was lovely and the cocktails and snacks were fab.

Several Shortcomings in a High-Priced...

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room and bathroom, along with the excellent facilities. The cleanliness in the room was brilliant, enhancing our comfort during the stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Disliked: The layout of the hotel was confusing with its multi-layered structure, making it difficult to navigate to our room. Charging extra for parking on top of a nightly rate of 240€ felt unreasonable. Additionally, the corridors had a lingering odor due to the carpets not being fully dried after cleaning. The in-room phone was non-functional, preventing us from contacting reception or room service as needed. The size of the queen room was disappointingly small, necessitating an upgrade for adequate comfort during our stay. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly limited given the 25€ daily charge. Moreover, the television was restricted from casting, limiting our entertainment options to only the available French channels.Lastly, there was no alternative pillow option available, which would have been appreciated.This hotel left us with mixed feelings, as it fell short of our expectations in terms of value.
