Liked: Location, breakfast, room was okay
Disliked: Some staff was not as nice, especially for the type of hotel they work in.Shower would be a great bonus, as well as liquid hand soap.

Lovely stay

Liked: Location was convenient to old town. Room is of good size with Jacuzzi which was great! Ample heating and onsite parking.
Disliked: Breakfast spread was decent but there is no choice of yogurt and scrambled egg was dry and little left over even tho it was only 8:30 am on a Monday.

Liked: Amazing time in Leuven. Perfect place to stay right in the middle of town and all sites. Room was large and clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Disliked: I did not get the room that I booked , different than in the advertised picture when I booked, and I secured the hotel room over 1 1/2 months ago , the carpet is dirty , one light in sitting area , busted my husband went down to ask for bulb , said no body their to take care of problem and it will be dealt in the morning ,no extra socket to plug charger , my husband has to crawl under the table to unplug coffee maker so we can plug charger ,also he ha s to be extra careful not to hit his head in a low wood beam, I don’t consider this as a 4 star hotel , the most is a 3 star , it was a total disappointment for I was so excited to be in the room that I thought we would stay .
