Great value

Liked: Location is nice, not right in city centre but has good transportation opportunities and beautiful park nearby.Place is neat and clean, has nice bathtub. There is also a sauna that is closed after 10pm.

The nice location for weekend...

Liked: The room was spacious and the bathtub with Jacuzzi was great to relax.
Disliked: A few staff were not very supportive and unkind. They don't speak Dutch!? The coffee machine was convenient but don't choose a short cup,,, it is too small.

Great hotel in a quiet...

Liked: 24hr reception, foosball table in the lobby, spacious room, modern feel, room had a safe, good views, window you could open, big TV, friendly staff, quiet safe area right next to European Commission, short walk to the parc cinquantaire. Bus and metro stops nearby.
Disliked: The mattress was on the softer side, and I think the TV wasnt smart.

Liked: Service from staff was excellent. Really helpful and informative.Location was close enough to places we were interested in visiting. Food we ate was very well prepared and a good value

Pleasant

Disliked: I have been accommodated in the hotel previously and I was satisfied. This time was a big problem with accommodation. There was a big demonstration JUST in front the hotel. There was a police. Situation was quite dangerous. I had to wait more than two hours to be let to the hotel. So finally at 8:30 p.m. I had my room. Hotel should apology for inconvenience, should provide let say a tea or drink for the guest who had to wait for the rooms outside the hotel, but no. I was very disappointed by the reaction of the hotel to this situation especially when demonstration was because of the conference in the hotel.
