Good hotel great location

Liked: Central locationCleanComfortable
Disliked: No tea/coffee facilities in room. We did get a kettle the 2nd day but the cups were taken away and not replaced.No drawers

Amazing hotel in Brugge

Liked: The location was just awesome. The hotel rooms were decent size and very clean. The hotel was exceptional close to all major tourist attractions. Staff very helpful

Superb

Liked: Fabulous location. Comfy bed. Quiet. Got a kettle on asking. Nice clean bathroom
Disliked: It’s next to the belfry, so the bells ring all day. Which is charming but occasionally annoying. But they don’t ring at night

Superb

Liked: Great location comfortable with helpful friendly staff. Secure parking available for motorcycles (for a fee). Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Not the easiest to get to. There is a pedestrian zone that you have to drive through. If you arrive between 13:00 and 18:00 you need to register your vehicle with the local authority with proof that you are a resident of the hotel. Not so much a dislike just a heads up.

Great centrally located hotel in...

Liked: It's in a fantastic central position next to the Belfort, so easy to come back to the hotel during the day then carry on exploring. The staff were really nice and helpful. My room was upgraded on arrival which is their policy if they can. The room was good,, minimalist in decor which I liked and had everything I needed, hanging space, safe, coffee pod machine, basic hair and body wash in bathroom, central heating which I could control. There is a small self service shop in the lobby with food and drinks which was handy. I would stay here again, it was great.
Disliked: I would struggle to find anything I didn't like. Perhaps firmer pillows
