Would not recommend or stay...

Disliked: Room 11, bed was terrible. Carpeting very old, big oversized bedspread that who knows when last cleaned. Could not sit on either the settee or bench because springs would hurt you. Why have them in the room?? Joanie at checkin was only positive, she was very friendly.

Surrounded by efficient staff and...

Liked: Pam is amazing. Kind, efficient, goes way out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Aside from being amazing at her job Pam is a lovely human being.The housekeeper is great and so is other staff at desk.Would definitely go back!
Disliked: Beds need new pillows.
