Liked: Arrived at hotel that looks NOTHING like the photos.Dirty room , asked for exchange, given choivr of two other rooms both had a massive leak from over flow right down outside walls and windows so constant flood Bathrooms mouldy Asked for refund Refused Sudden could not speak English!
Disliked: All of it !

Disliked: Bed sheets were clean, but the entire room was dirty.

Liked: The attitude of the staff
Disliked: The fact that the Hotel had a fire in the kitchen the week before and both kitchen and bar were out of action but no one contacted us to advise of this, we got no further than the front desk and explained why we would not be staying (no hot food available and bar not open) which was gracefully accepted by the staff and manager so i am unable to understand why i am having trouble getting a refund for a stay that we did not take for good reasons.

Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: I have never seen such an absolute state of a place. On arrival the weeds were overgrown, the signage not cleaned, rubbish scattered, a poor entrance sign. Moving into the reception, two men sat on the desk and seemed shocked to see us, despite having 2 rooms booked. After a few minutes of them muttering to themselves and finding the paperwork, we were shown to one of our rooms, pass the abandoned caravan, pass a tonne of rubbish, an old cooker, gas canisters, weeds higher than the windows and the room was bitterly cold with two electric heaters, it smelt like it had never been cleaned, and the whole place was disgusting, moving into the second room, I have never seen so much mould in one place, and carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, and the curtains must have only just been put up as there was mess everywhere. As this was the night before my wedding and I was using it as a stop over before going to the venue, I quickly left the hotel and had to spend £300 on a last minute room for the night for myself and my bridesmaids to stay. I really really hope you can remove this hotel, shut it down, or please stop allowing people to book. It’s an embarrassment and I’d hate for others to have to also go through this!
