Passable

Liked: The location of the hotel was the most beneficial. There was good customer service.
Disliked: THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! I paid $80 for a breakfast that waiter got completely wrong. A lot of the staff are Spanish speaking and it would’ve been nice if they communicated that some things got lost in translation. As opposed to pretending to understand what I was saying.

ROTTEN OLD HOTEL FULL OF...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: HOTEL IS FULL OF WORMS!!!! HOTEL IS ROTTEN and MOLDY! Here is my experience at this hotel, so I SAVE you some money in case you wanted to stay here. My experience at the old, moldy hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we walked in, it was apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. The pervasive odor of mold filled the air, and to my horror, I discovered worms crawling in various corners of the room, bath tub, jacussi. The front desk staff were rude beyond belief, displaying a complete lack of hospitality or professionalism. Their dismissive attitude only added to the overall disappointment of my stay. After complaining that the elevator is too loud and it is not possible for us to sleep in the room close to elevator, the front desk guy told us the only option is to upgrade and pay for junior suite. After going back and forth with him and the manager, they told us they are happy to chek us out if we dont upgrade. (2am in the morning). So we had no chance to find another stay, and we had to sleep so we just took the suite for extra money. The elevator was a cacophony of noise, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. Sleep deprivation became the norm, thanks to the relentless racket emanating from the elevator shaft. To add insult to injury, the hotel's pool area, which was the main reason for booking, was inexplicably closed due to unknown construction. Despite this significant inconvenience, the management showed no willingness to compensate or even acknowledge our dissatisfaction. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against staying at this decrepit establishment. It was a nightmarish experience from start to finish, and I would caution anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere for accommodation. Again worms, mold is everywhere. Save yourself money and find another hotel in the area. There are planty others, and trust me with this one.
