Pleasant

Liked: Clean nice room. Awesome views. Great we were able to pull up right at hotel entrance for loading/unloading bags.
Disliked: Difficult to find. So many different emails on booking confirmation. Felt staff weren't very friendly or welcoming. No info provided on breakfast/dinning facilities. Toilet did not flush and even though I asked for cot on booking this was not provided and costed an extra $20.

Very good

Liked: Location is everything with this hotel. The staff are very helpful and do all they can to help you.
Disliked: The lack of service in the rooms. I have no problems with not changing sheets but I think they should come and replenish supplies and change towels every 2 days.

Liked: Clean and tidy accommodation in a great location. Comfortable bed and a great option for a city stay

Very good

Liked: Location, facilities Restaurant and Cocktail Bar amazing
Disliked: Offered an 'upgrade at discounted rate but Air Conditioning was still not functioning and the room had no windows we could open without self closing. Blinds were broken so could not open to appreciate the view. They were able to move us to a room we could open the doors on but it was not the same as rhe upgrade I'd already paid for. No offer of refund on upgrade charge on check out.

Liked: How comfy & clean everything was.
Disliked: It's advertised that Marsden has a pool, spa & gym etc. But it's actually separate. Doesn't belong to Marsden & you will have to pay an extra $25pp to use these facilities... the advertisement is misleading as it looks like these are included in your stay, but they're not.
