Stay was relaxing, but parking...

Disappointing "resort" but time share...
Disliked: I thought I had booked a "resort" but in reality it is a time share. Just after checking in there is the question" when do you want to attend our time share presentation? " I don't want to attend.."Not even for $200?" no. Asks again, this goes on until my room is ready and I get a handicap room. I ask for a regular room only to be told they don't have another. Hard to believe with such a big property. I think because I would not attend time share that they gave me this room. I spent more money than we usually do and did not feel like this was a resort. Plus we don't golf. Not a good fit for us and we will not be back.

Liked: Nice property, the staff was nice
Disliked: My room was far from the front lobby. The only food option was a convenience shop. The on-site restaurant had been closed for remodeling, and the staff informed it had been closed for 5 years!

Liked: Lovely resort, great facilities unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again due to the room being too noisy
Disliked: Could hear footsteps from room above, people talking in room next door and noise coming in from outside. Way too noisy at night due to neighbouring rooms

Disappointing
Disliked: The unit was smaller than expected and $25 for parking, which was not made known during the booking process. Staff said they could not write directions or an address on the map to the unit/property for unknown reasons. It was tricky to find and no instructions on how to open the gate. The key cards and the operator button were both not working. I drove back to the front desk and they said they would send someone over, which didn't happen. Eventually, we made it in after another car. We arrived late with a tired toddler and were hoping to check out a little later, but that was not an option.
