Liked: The ladies at front desk were so helpful and I was able to secure a room with an amazing view !
Disliked: The breakfast was only one selection and not any kind of buffet or choices Usually one person making the order so it was a little slow depending on how many guests inline for breakfast The housekeepers spoke not one word of English and trying to communicate with them as they tried to get into my room on last day to clean was absolutely frustrating I shouldn’t have to learn Spanish when living in the US I already travel for work world wide as it is I had asked for a late check out and was agreed to by front desk however, Housekeepers couldn’t even understand a word I said If you’re going to hire ..the clearly, immigrants from another country you should invest in English lessons for them
