Really enjoyable and restful vacation,...

Liked: I enjoyed the beautiful property, the comfort of the room and the activities that were available for all ages.
Disliked: The rooms are supposed to be smoke free zone; however, my room clearly smelled of old cigarette smoke. I did call the front desk, and they were able to have someone deodorize the room.

Disliked: Check in process was a bit trying. There was a back up waiting for4:00.

Disliked: Got charged for parking and house cleaning not available daily, unless I pay extra fee

Liked: Property was amazing. Staff was super nice and friendly.
Disliked: Was told by 2 people prior to arrival about payment being on 2 cards and was told that was completely fine but when we got here it was told that it has to be on one card. So I had to scramble around to get the money on one card then had issues the whole week here getting calls everyday and having to come to the front desk 4 times. Got locked out of our room one day because the lock on the door malfunctioned so we had to get it replaced. Overall we were happy with the stay but was really disappointed that we had the issues we had.

Great location, friendly staff, great...

Liked: Very pretty. We enjoyed the pools and the kids loved the game room and outdoor activities.
Disliked: I could hear the elevator from our room and some nights it woke me up.

Superb

Liked: The room we booked was large and spacious! I love the full kitchen and master bedroom. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: We had to strip all the bedding and make sure all the towels were placed in one area, run the dishwasher and take out our trash. It felt a bit like I was staying at an air bnb honestly. The main pool was out of service the first 2 days we were there. Should offer free coffee in lobby.
