Liked: Love this resort. Great location and outdoor pool area is stuning .
Disliked: Couldnt teach anyone at the front desk to talk too from my room. Only could commuincate thru texting.

would be a great place for kids for a $$$$ SHORT stay. otherwise recommend a $$ beachfront condo.

Disliked: small room, extremely limited food selection and hours of restaurant operation, loud music at pool throughout the day and into the night

Liked: Lazy river was fabulous (slightly heated, perfect temperature). Staff everywhere was super friendly and all willing to deliver excellent service. Staff was constantly walking property, especially around pool, to ensure clean environment and pick up anything a guest didnt dispose of properly. With COVID considerations, they took extra measures and thought into everything. Very clean rooms and they stocked up with extra towels and supplies in the room. Pool towels also in room instead of at pool. Nice lunch option and drinks at pool. Also great that you can use the other amenities at JWMarriott and Ritz, although Lakeshore lazy river was better for us. Kitchen restaurant at JW was great for dinner option.
Disliked: No evening restaurant for dinner so you do have to leave property or order to deliver.
