It was fine, but TOO expensive for what little you get. The villa was nice.
Liked: The Heritage club did not offer breakfast or coffee and our dryer didn't work
Disliked: No breakfast or coffee offered. our dryer did not work, and the pool was cold and boring. No bar near the pool, no drinks could be purchased. Definitely not for young adults or anyone under 70.

The place is clean and gorgeous
Liked: I love the resort having plenty of carts to use and the consciences of everything nearby

Communication
Liked: Vera located at 12 Lighthouse Lane, Hilton Head, SC was a delight. Her customer service was exceptional. When she noticed she accidentally forgot my parking pass she made sure to contact me but I missed her call. I called the office after her shift and spoke to another representative Loreen McGuane for next steps to receive my parking pass.
Disliked: Loreen informed me that I would have to drive to another location at 144 Lighthouse Road, Hilton Head, SC to receive my parking pass. Exceptional would have been if someone brings me a parking pass instead of me going to a different location. Once I arrive at 144 Lighthouse Road I spoke to Kelly who was a hassle to work with just to get a parking pass. I had to show Kelly the email so we can move forward. Rule of thumb if you are going to send a customer to another location to receive a parking pass please communicate with your coworkers so that the client does not have to repeat the stated issue again. It took 10 minutes of explaining to finally get a parking pass.

Liked: I will be back I love this place. The location was great the staff super nice and friendly very helpful. Beyond what I expected.
