Some things were great.

Liked: Pool and jacuzzi are open most of the day, which is great, self-service laundry.Area is green, and there is obviously a gardening team that takes amazing care of the property.Kitchen amenities were good.
Disliked: On our arrival, the shower curtain was dirty, had hair stuck to it, shower facilities in general were very out-dates, dispensers were empty, and water was flowing into the shower.Water pressure was low.Very big issue as well, was that we ordered a room for 3 people and the couch was not made, and we were told on the phone "we don't do that here, you have blankets and sheets in the cupboard"This was actually a shock to us as we traveled a lot and never had a situation where the bed was not ready and, moreover, that WE need to organize it.
