Convenient and comfortable accommodations!
Liked: Very convenient, the shuttle to the JW Spa & Resort for restaurants and pool amenities was a plus!Room was clean, and well suited for my needs.....unit close to the entrance. There were no children with me, and I was gone most of the day, so activites did not appeal to me. The property was beautifully landscaped, workers friendly and competent.
Disliked: The connecting door that is a barrier to entering the next unit is so porous that one can hear the conversations, even if people are maybe just a little loud and/or playing music. That connecting door needs to be replaced with one that is thicker or one that is soundproof. Otherwise the unit, a single , was comfortable and clean. Because of this , I would not consider staying there again, unless there was a guarantee about the connecting door being resolved. The cost of parking is high.....$ 15 is reasonable.....$25 is outrageous.

Stayed at much nicer properties...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Mosquitoes in room, 25 dollars to park in uncovered parking. Pools are not anything to brag about

the worst place to stay...
Liked: the pool was great and very quiet.
Disliked: where to start. this is advertised as two beds, accepting that one is a sofa bed...however we discovered quite late in the day that they have a "policy" to only provide a duvet for one bed. the bedding package for the second bed consists of two sheets and one very thinks and inadequate blanket. when the weather is 38c and the air conditioning is running this means for two very cold kids. problem #2 - no service. when you call the front desk you get AI. they give you, if you persevere a number that you can 'text'. that individual will tell you that it's policy not to give a duvet or more than one blanket for the other bed, but she could send another r blanket within the hour. this was at 10pm at night btw. I try the AI number again and keep saying "speak to a human" this worked. eventually a very unhappy lady answered who told me she'd already answered a text and there were blankets coming within the hour. I expressed that for this amount of money perhaps a duvet would be better and maybe in shorter time than an hour. this was one very unhelpful white grumpy person who frankly needs to find another line of work. hotel service is typically there to help not be so difficult when guests are clearly so unhappy. look all in all this place describes itself as providing a 'level of comfort and luxury's. it does not on any level. it's outdated, terrible service and uncomfortable. one of the worst places I've stayed with my family and proof that. ot everything in plan desert is created equal. terrible and avoid at all costs people.
