Liked: Location, a lot of space
Disliked: There are currently to many construction jobs onsite and around the property.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and well equipped also staff was nice
Disliked: Sounds kind of weird but the way the people at this property act is very unwelcoming. They race through the parking lot, stare rudely and are just overall unfriendly

Liked: Nice setting, quiet and nice landscaping.
Disliked: For a two bed which should cater for a family, the bed set up wasn't great. Would have preferred two doubles in the kids room, instead one bed and a fold out which was too tight for the size of the room.Really unhappy with having to pay $25 per night for parking. We have stayed with Marriott over 25 times and we are very loyal. I don't mind paying and getting something in return, but this new parking charge feels like money for nothing. It will put me off staying with Marriott in the future!!!It was difficult to find space by the pool.We usually stay in Marriott's Harbour Lake and you can access sporting facilities when they are available, Cypress Harbour required that you book pickleball in advance, so when we wanted to book, it wasn't available, yet no one was using it.

Liked: This place was beautiful! They have several different entertainment options and events planned daily. The room was perfect along with the different attractions near this location. Besides the two guest that were at one of the smaller pools being very creepy recording us the entire time we were in the pool, we had an amazing time!

Wish we didn't have to...

Liked: Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Room was well maintained and appointed. Housekeeping was kind, pleasant, and helpful. Grounds were beautiful. Pools were busy but still always could find seats.
