Liked: Room was VERY comfortable and provided everything we required including a patio that overlooked the beautiful grounds. We participated in many activities, such as weight exercises, swimming, basketball, and taco night. to name a few. Felt relaxed and happy,

Liked: Location and facilities are great. Nice pool area with food and drink service.
Disliked: Paper thin walls....it is not a quiet place. $25 per night to park a car is expensive!

Great place for family vacation!

Liked: Clean rooms, ice and water stations conveniently located, great pools and hot tubs, access to JW Marriott Desert Ridge / Aquaridge, shopping nearby, outdoor games and events, pool bar & grill, weight room, so many things to love!
Disliked: I really can’t think of anything, such a great place.

Petty overcharging, old property, didn’t...

Disliked: No towels in bathroom. Requested towels and property charged me for bath towels. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Older massive monstrosity of a resort property, not appealing at all. Very unwelcoming.
