Got upgraded to the Premier Suite and it was great. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and great location.

Liked: Room was excellent. Close to Cobbs.
Disliked: Neighborhood is a bit loud.

Disliked: Noisy: in room fridge, ice maker in hall, room next to elevators, street noise was quite loud. Hotel: under renovation and some areas still very jaded as they weren't upgraded yet. Some facilities weren't available and had been part of the reason for booking the hotel (laundry room). Location: Not the hotel's fault, but if going to SFO again, I wouldn't stay near Fisherman's Wharf.

Overall, very enjoyable!

Liked: Everything was great! Absolutely recommend for couples, families, and even business persons!
Disliked: Only complaint was there was construction happening in the courtyard during our stay…it wasn’t obnoxious but did make our view less pleasant and made a part of the hotel unavailable that we thought we would have. Would have been nice to get a heads up at least!

Liked: Location near Fishermans Wharf was great. The rooms have a cool design and were clean. Valet parking available which is very convenient.
Disliked: We had a room with a connecting door to another room where a family with kids stayed and walls are very thin. The parking is a bit expensive (85 USD/night) but maybe normal for this area.
