Liked: We love staying Here. However, for the price, continental breakfast should be free. Elevator to observation deck was broken. That was disappointing. Requested early check in. That didn't happen. No reason that shouldn't be honored. Hot Cider in the Lobby would be a nice touch if it wasnt empty for 2 days. Perpetual homeless person living in the 7-11 doorway 25 feet away is unpleasant. With the Boston Harbor Hotel so close in proximity Marriott should be more attentive to details.

Really nice place for family...

Liked: The Vacation Club was superbly located with a lovely room with all the small amenities one needs for a short stay in Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed. Everything was clean and in good condition. I can only recommend!
Disliked: Nothing of note, everything was good!
